1. Returns
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, cables, and accessories.
- Custom or special-order products are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack your item securely with the receipt and RA number.
- Ship it to the address we provide.
(Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.)
2. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
